Meet The Team
The people
behind the work.

Tony & Lynn Worsfold
Tony and Lynn founded Paveco in Ashburton in 2003, building it from the ground up into the district’s leading concrete contractors.
These days, they’re enjoying a slightly slower pace of life, although Tony hasn’t quite mastered the art of retirement and is never too far away when needed! After more than 20 years, the Worsfold name remains firmly associated with quality concrete and good old-fashioned workmanship throughout Mid Canterbury.

Martyn Wheeler
Marty has been part of the Paveco team for almost 18 years and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to his role as General Manager. Originally from the UK, he is a qualified brick and block layer with a strong background in construction and after nearly two decades at Paveco, he knows his way around concrete too!
When he’s not at work, Marty enjoys rural life with his wife and their two children. As a family, they are avid outdoorsman and love getting up into the hills.

Katie Casey
Katie has been part of the Paveco team for almost 18 years and has quite literally grown up around concrete through her family’s business. As Business Manager, she keeps everything ticking along behind the scenes, juggling projects, people, paperwork and all the other bits that keep the wheels turning.
Married to a local electrician, Katie is a proud mum to three children, two bonus babes and one very busy preschooler. Outside of work, she loves getting outdoors, heading away on adventures with family and friends and, on the very rare occasion the stars align, enjoying a well-earned sleep-in.

William Allen
Will has been part of the Paveco team for over 10 years and is a highly skilled and respected member of our crew. Holding a BCITO Concrete Placing and Finishing qualification, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and attention to detail to every project he oversees.
As Foreman, Will leads from the front and keeps the crew and the concrete, moving, making sure every project is completed safely, efficiently and to the high standard Paveco is known for.
Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his partner and their growing family, with three little ones keeping life just as busy at home!

Royce Worsfold
Roycie has been part of the Paveco team for over 20 years and is one of the most experienced members of our crew. As Foreman, he brings a huge amount of practical knowledge, strong leadership and the kind of experience that only comes from spending more than two decades around concrete!
As Tony’s brother and part of the Worsfold family, Royce has been involved in the business for much of his working life and takes great pride in the reputation Paveco has built within the community.
Outside of work, Royce is a dedicated family man who loves spending time with them. He also shares his father’s passion for racehorses, a love that has been passed down through generations of the Worsfold family.

Scott Odell
Scotty has been part of the Paveco team for almost 11 years and is one of our most experienced concrete placers. With a BCITO Concrete Placing and Finishing qualification under his belt, he brings plenty of practical knowledge, reliability and a sharp eye for detail to every job.
Scotty takes pride in producing quality workmanship and consistently delivering the high standard Paveco is known for.
Outside of work, Scotty enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.

Reuben
Reuben has been part of the Paveco team for five years and has become a skilled and dependable member of the crew. He brings plenty of hands-on experience, a strong work ethic and a good sense of humour to every job.
Always willing to get stuck in, Reuben plays an important part in keeping projects moving and delivering the quality finish our customers expect.

Kaleb
Kaleb joined the Paveco team this year and has quickly settled in as one of the crew. He’s keen to learn, isn’t afraid of hard work and is gaining plenty of hands-on experience along the way.
As one of the newer faces at Paveco, Kaleb brings fresh energy to the team and is already proving he can handle the early starts, busy days and plenty of friendly banter that come with the job.
